About the Role

The Administrative Officer supports the Manager Community Life and is responsible for providing a range of administrative and support services, including diary management, records management and routine correspondence to support the effective operation of the Community Life Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Within the area of responsibility, this role is required to;

  • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures
  • Respond to email and phone enquiries, communicate services and resolve, escalate or redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information
  • Update and maintain records, portals and databases to ensure that all information is accurately and correctly stored and accessible.

About You

We are looking for someone who has;

  • Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience with business systems including use of appropriate software, databases and portals
