Tom Price is WA’s highest town, located right on the edge of the state’s second largest national park, Karijini.

ABOUT THE POSITION

An exciting opportunity is available to join the Corporate Services team at the Shire of Ashburton.  With a strong focus on confidentiality, the Governance Officer role provides support and administrative assistance to the Shire President and Councillors and the Manager Legal and  Governance through the Council meeting process and governance functions.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised with good attention to detail and previous administrative experience.  You will be able to work effectively in a team, show initiative, and be able to multi-task to meet deadlines.

This position offers a competitive remuneration package/hourly rate and six (6) weeks' annual leave. All terms and conditions are as per the Shire of Ashburton Enterprise Agreement 2017.
