The Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre is re-launching its Learn to Swim program and is looking for a superstar to lead the Learn to Swim team. We need a dynamic, outcomes driven person who is passionate about teaching people (of all ages) to swim and to enjoy the water. Customer focus, relationship building, and customer satisfaction are your #1 priorities. You will have exceptional skills in leading a team, managing a swim school, communicating with members and patrons and it goes without saying that your swim teaching credentials are exceptional. A diploma in sports, leisure or recreation management or other relevant discipline will seal the deal but not mandatory. If you believe you have these skills and attributes we would love to talk to you. This is your chance to be part rebuilding a very successful and much needed swimming program for our community.
