The Role

This position supports Council’s direction by coordinating the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality assurance and continuous improvement system that covers procurement policies and processes within Council. The position provides coaching and business solutions in order to achieve internal quality goals and enhance the end-to-end quality of procurement activities undertaken by Council. It also provides data analysis comparison and trending as well as providing insights and opportunities to deliver high quality customer service. This position is temporary full time until 15 October 2021.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualifications relevant to the duties and a minimum 3 years work experience in the development and implementation of quality management systems/internal controls in a procurement environment;and
• Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle drivers licence.
