The opportunity now exists for an experienced and energetic person to guide the development and use of active open space, sportgrounds and recreation facilities across the Warrnambool City.
The successful applicant will have:
- Well developed leadership skills and experience in planning and management of recreation services.
- Demonstrated experience in formulating service objectives, policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in problem solving and utilisation of policies, guidelines and procedures to reach desired outcomes.
- Track record of effective engagement with stakeholders including, business groups, community organisations, clubs, and the wider community.
- High level interpersonal skills including communication, stakeholder engagement and organisation skills.
