Manager, Provider Performance Assurance Targeted Investigations
The purpose of this role is to oversee the audit component of the compliance framework governing contracted Registered Training Organisation's under the Skills First program. A contracted panel of auditors is currently used to conduct a range of audits and reviews of RTOs. The Manager will be responsible for identifying those RTOs to be audited, scope of audits, coordination of audit panel members, reviewing the results of audits and any subsequent actions or investigations. The Manager will not be required to conduct audits themselves but oversee the entire audit process and manage a panel of auditors.
The use and analysis of large volumes of data is a key part of the role. Skills and Experience in interpreting and manipulating data to produce reports, prepare for audits or undertake investigations will be highly valued. The role would suit an individual with skills that contribute to the evolution of the audit program and the development of new audit tools and techniques. Initiative and a desire to innovate will be highly valued. The role is demanding and the successful candidate will need strong management skills is coordinating a high volume of work within a short period of time. The role has up to six staff directly reporting to them and the successful candidate is expected to develop the staff to ensure the team is high performing.
