Council has recently undertaken a transformational review of our Assets & Operations directorate and we now have exciting technical and leadership opportunities on offer with the aim of achieving increased resource capacity and capability and quality outcomes for the organisation. YOUR ROLE As the Performance Improvements Manager, you will identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the performance of the Assets & Operations directorate. Additionally, you will play an essential, collaborative, and holistic role within the directorate, by supporting the strategic and operational performance in the key areas of finance, assets, contract and procurement management.
