As our Senior Creche Officer you will help create a caring, inclusive, safe, and fun environment for children and staff. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the creche, including supervision of administration staff.

Duties will include the planning, implementation and evaluation of early childhood and school aged development; managing and planning the School Holiday Program; providing training for staff in the creche service area; and generating staff rosters. 

Our ideal candidate 

• Demonstrated experience working with children 
• Previous experience in a leadership role involving people and risk management 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Proven ability to self-manage workload and apply sound decision making and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage resources, budgets and reporting 
• Current ‘Working with Children’ card 
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate 

Salary and Benefits

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 
This position ranges between $38.02 to $40.02 per hour
