  • Temporary full time, up to September 2020
  • Flexible work arrangements - nine day fortnight (subject to operational requirements)
  • Salary from $76,847.02 - $89,038.80 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation
Georges River Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic and busy People and Culture Team.
 
The successful candidate will:
  • Coordinate and administrator the ongoing process cycle of attracting, sourcing, recruiting and selecting employees.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in People and Culture and each Directorate to coordinate seamless and engaging on boarding and exit processes.
  • Partner closely with the Hiring Manager and other key stakeholders in each Directorate to ensure communication of Employee Value Proposition.
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to undertake continuous improvement of recruitment and on boarding processes and documents to ensure best practice, compliance with all relevant legislation and to maximise applicant experience overall.

Key Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or Business, or related field or demonstrated solid experience in generalist Human Resources, Business Management or Talent Acquisition position combined with ongoing professional development.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and partner with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, continuous improvement, EEO and ethical principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to build strong trusting relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Approachable, positive attitude and is a team player but can also work independently.
