Planning Advice Officer
Working in a fast-paced team environment, the Planning Advice Officer provides high-quality customer interface between Development Services and members of the community; providing accurate and timely advice, information and assistance across all contact channels, including front counter. This position carries out work that is aligned to service level agreements (SLA) and completed in line with Council’s policies, procedures, requirements and statutory regulations.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar administrative support or frontline customer service role, ideally a minimum of two years. Applicants who possess previous work experience in Town Planning, Local Government, Planning, Engineering or Legal Environment – will be highly regarded.

- Attractive hourly rate from $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
