The Coordinator Procurement is responsible for coordinating the City's procurement team which provides procurement services for City operations across tender management, quotation processing and contract management.
Key accountabilities:
Manage the procurement teams services delivery
Maintain and implement of the City’s procurement framework
Provide advice and support to all levels of the City across procurement activities
Overseeing the City’s procurement applications (Tenderlink and Vendorpanel)

Position requirements:
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in the application of procurement processes across planning, tendering, evaluation, award, and contract management, preferably in a local government setting. Additionally, this position requires a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motive staff to ensure team service delivery.
Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.
Remuneration and benefits:
A salary starting from $96,770 per annum or $48.9726 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
