Sportsfield Team Leader

- 9 day fortnight
Reporting to the Sportsfield Corodinator, you will provide supervision and leadership to the Sportsfield team, ensuring the provision of high quality sportsfield to the Whitehorse community. You will oversee the maintenance of sportsfields in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
Along with the daily supervision and leadership of Council’s Sportsfield team you will also supervise the timely preparation and maintenance of sportsfields using contemporary turf management practices.
The successful applicant will have a Certificate III in Turf Management and/or extensive experience in Turf Maintenance, proven supervisory experience as well as a demonstrated ability to effectively plan, implement and monitor works programs as well as adhering to a safe working environment.
