About the role:

Planning to move into a Team Leader role? As the Coordinator – District Work Planning, you’re heading in the right direction.

In this newly created position, you’ll be building the safe job pack library that aligns with the Safe Job Planning (SJP) processes – and the wider Safety Taskforce program.

You’re planning for the unplanned. You’re helping your colleagues carry out their work without any compromise to their safety and wellbeing. You’re meeting with teams to understand their worksites and high risk activities.

Safety and quality are priority. Feedback is essential to achieve this. Constantly capturing, reviewing and providing it means the regional Team Leaders can deliver high-quality, safe job planning. You’re constantly tweaking the work-pack library and feedback dashboard that enables all of this.

You’ll know you’re in your stride when you’re improving the safety performance and processes in the field. That’s because your recommendations have been taken on board by the Operations Managers and Team Leaders.

Here’s what you’ll need to take those next steps:

  • A Cert III in an Engineering discipline relevant to water industry operations (this can be either a trade certificate or Cert III in Water Industry Operations)

  • A driver’s license
  • Experience in infrastructure field work scheduling, planning or management

  • SAP & Microsoft Excel (because you’re creating feedback loops and spreadsheets)

Apply: If this is the path you want to take, apply now and help us lead a safer, higher quality place to work.
