Coordinator Customer and Network Services



This position is a member of the Library Senior Management Team. It is responsible for the provision and standards of all front of house services including the coordination and running of the services six branches.

The position manages a substantial team and is responsible for training, communication and work procedures at front of house. This is an exciting position in a growing and developing library service.

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
