Personal Assistant / Business Coordinator

The Dunedin City Council's Customer & Regulatory Services Team are responsible for customer service and community focused regulatory solutions for Dunedin.

The PA/Business Coordinator is an exciting role, where your strong attention to detail and exemplary administration skills will be put to good use every day.

You will be responsible for providing a superior level of business and administrative support to the Group Manager. You will manage conflicting priorities and investigate, assess and action issues on behalf of the Group Manager, as well as providing a range of organisational and project support for the Group Manager and the Customer & Regulatory Services Leadership Team.

You're innovative and proactive, you're a problem solver who is capable of performing and maintaining a positive attitude under periods of pressure. You're naturally excited by the prospect of figuring out solutions to challenges and have solid experience in office systems and management support.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• a minimum three years' experience in administration

• a friendly and ‘can-do' attitude

• exceptional customer service skills.

This is a part time position .5 FTE and is for a fixed term of 12 months.

Salary Range: $59,516 to $70,019 (pro-rated for part-time hours)
