Senior Property Officer
- Temporary Position (upto Feb 2020 with possibility to extend), Part – Time Role, 42 hours per fortnight (equivalent 3 days per week)
- Salary Range: $84,383 - $98.067 per annum on pro rata basis + super (subject to skills and experiences) (Note: salary quoted is based on full-time equivalent, 70 hours per fortnight)
Great opportunity for a property professional to join Northern Beaches Council on a part-time (3 days per week) basis.
The role of the Senior Property Officer is to provide professional support to the Team Leader, Property; and Manager, Property, Commercial & Tourist Assets; by delivering expert property services. This includes but is not limited to assisting with the diligent management of Council’s property portfolio, leasing (commercial and community), delivering property projects and reports, managing internal and external service providers, providing property advice and exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
