About the role

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated building professional with experience in the buildings and facilities environment? If you are, this may be the perfect job for you! 
We are seeking the right person to lead our buildings and facilities operational team, who are responsible for providing building maintenance services across a variety of Council owned buildings facilities across the LGA. This role will be responsible for assessing, scheduling and supervising a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks undertaken by the internal team as well as contractors. The successful applicant will thrive in a fast paced environment, will have a trade qualification in a relevant area or extensive building maintenance experience. They will have outstanding communication skills ensuring all works are undertaken safely and in accordance with relevant Australian standards. If this sounds like you, apply now!
