We are looking for a capable and flexible Human Resources professional to join our award winning People & Performance department to inspire and drive change during a time of cultural and operational transformation. Reporting to the Team Leader Human Resources, you will play a generalist role and be responsible for providing strategic and operational Human Resource Management (HRM) and Industrial/Employment Relations (IR/ER) services and support to leaders and team members. You will achieve this through partnering with the departments and units, and fostering strong relationships with client groups to deliver innovative solutions and effective outcomes for the organisation. The position on offer is a full time permanent role. The salary range for this opportunity commences at $91,935 (Grade H, Step 1) + 10% super. Responsibilities include:
