Council is seeking a suitably qualified applicant to fill the temporary full-time role of Projects Officer.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who can demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or work experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Experience across multiple construction and/or building projects
  • Knowledge and/or experience of procurement processes
  • Experience with contract management of projects
  • Well-developed skills in preparation of submissions and report writing
  • A ‘can do’ attitude focused on delivering outcomes.
  • Commitment to a strong values culture and a preparedness to ‘Play your Role’.
  • Building a culture where the values of the organisation are championed.
  • Commitment to embracing Council's Customer Service Framework and to ‘Think like the Customer’.
