The City of Canterbury Bankstown is one of the largest Councils in NSW with the most culturally, socially and economically diverse communities in Sydney. We deliver 21 key services such as childcare, waste collection, parks maintenance, libraries, community facilities and aquatic centres to over 370,000 residents. The role CBCity currently has an exciting opportunity to join our Regulatory Services Unit as an Environmental Health Officer. This is a temporary full-time opportunity up until the end of January 2025. You will be responsible for the monitoring and regulation of public health in accordance with the Local Government Act, the Food Act, the Public Health Act, The Protection of the Environment Operations Act, Boarding House Act and Contaminated Land Management Act.
