• Part Time Role 8 hours per week / Friday 1pm-5pm at Windsor & Saturday 9am-1pm at Richmond
• $33 per hour + Super

The Role

Reporting to Customer Services Librarian, and based in Windsor and Richmond, the purpose of this position is to participate in the delivery of responsive, high quality, friendly and efficient Library Services and programs.

About You

You will have obtained your Diploma of Library and Information Services (or an equivalent and relevant qualification supported by extensive experience). You will have an excellent public manner and the ability to communicate well with a wide range of people, as well as have previous experience working as part of a team with a customer focus.

Essential Criteria

• Diploma of Library and Information Services (or equivalent and relevant qualification supported by extensive experience)
• Working With Childrens Check
• Ability to determine customer needs and achieve quality outcomes
• Excellent public manner and ability to communicate well with a wide range of people
• Ability to carry out duties and responsibilities of the position with the minimum of supervision on a day to day basis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites and ability to become skilled with unfamiliar software and technology in general

Desirable Criteria

• Class C Drivers Licence
• Experience working in a public library
