• Full-time Fixed Term Contract (up to five years)
• A base salary of between $110,000 and $115,000 per annum depending on experience. Plus, up to 16% superannuation and a vehicle with restricted private use.

Bring your skills and make your mark in this rewarding opportunity for an experienced Manager in the Technical Services (Engineering) work area in the Shire of Denmark. Strong technical abilities along with excellent people and stakeholder engagement skills are key requirements of this position within the Shire's Infrastructure and Assets Directorate.

We’re looking for someone who;

• Has experience in asset management, civil design, and technical services.
• Has detailed understanding of program management and contract administration.
• Has the ability to provide inspirational leadership to the Technical Services team.
• Has a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver high level technical advice to a diverse range of clients both internal and external.
• Has proficient computing skills and is well versed in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Can multi-task, prioritise workloads and has strong time management skills.
• Has initiative and flexibility.
• Will look for opportunities to innovate.
• Wants to be a part of a strong team culture.
• Will Champion the Shire’s vision, values, and mission statement.
