* 4-day week - Monday to Thursday (for permanent positions) * Great location in the Central West of NSW Thank you for your interest in the position of Works Operator with Council. Blayney Shire Council is located in Central West NSW, a comfortable 3.5 hours’ drive west of Sydney. The major regional centres of Bathurst and Orange are approximately 30 minutes drive away. General Information about these positions Conditions of employment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award. The full-time rate of pay is currently within the range of $1,008.70 to $1,160.01 per week, plus superannuation, in accordance with Council’s salary system. The casual rate of pay is currently $33.18 per hour, plus superannuation, in accordance with Council’s salary system. This rate is inclusive of a 25% casual loading.
