Central Coast Council has an exciting opportunity for experienced Business Intelligence Specialists to join the IM&T team.  You will work with a team to analyse and build visualisations from the available data to indicate service delivery and/or outcomes. With the overall focus of providing actionable insights to the business and community to obtain current and future performance improvement.

What your day as a Business Intelligence Specialist could look like:

  • Assisting in the development and delivery of a Business Intelligence strategy and system;
  • Analyse and interpret data to ensure the correct alignment of data and storytelling through Insights;
  • Develop visualisation tools that are guided by data to highlight areas for improvement, assist with decision making, embed the use of Business Intelligence and support future incentives.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in a similar role within a fast paced IM&T environment;
  • You have a solid background developing data visualisation solutions; 
  • You know how to communicate with all levels of an organisation and manage expectations;
  • You are self-driven and want to make a difference;
  • When you encounter a problem you call it out and work with the necessary people to resolve it – we are one team.

This role provides a salary range of between $75.1k to $90.1k per annum + superannuation.

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role. This arrangement may be subject to change.
