About the Organisation

The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more.   

About the Role

Are you an enthusiastic and team focused individual with building services, project management or facility management experience? If so, you can play a key role in enhancing and developing this iconic city. An exciting position exists within Council’s Building Maintenance team dedicated to overseeing a program of asset and building renewal under the auspices of a minor capital works program.

Skills and Experience

We are seeking an individual with prior experience in a similar role and a working knowledge of local government infrastructure. Vital to success in this position will be your ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people and manage your time and work priorities.
