Do you live and breathe record/information management?  If so, we want to hear from you!  We are seeking a record management specialist to lead a records team and deliver customer focused solutions.


You will be a key member of the Customer Service Branch leadership team, providing strategic advice in managing corporate information and overseeing day to day record management operations.


For this role, we are looking for:

  • An experienced and values driven leader
  • A customer focused professional who values collaboration and business partnering to deliver customer solutions
  • A records specialist who can develop and apply contemporary policy frameworks and operational standards within a local government context
  • A continuous improvement focus that maximises the value of information and streamlines processes
