Senior Design Engineer

The role: This position sits within our Projects and Engineering Department and is responsible for the the provision of professional design and engineering related services, expertise and advice.  


The package: Commencing salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience of the successful applicant with a range of $92,378 to $110,925 p.a. (Grade 11) plus 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance, plus 9.5% employer superannuation contribution. A leaseback vehicle is also available with this position.


Location: Your normal place of work will be the Council Offices at 2 Biripi Way Taree. Until such time that these offices are ready for occupation your normal place of work will be the Council Offices at 2 Pulteney Street, Taree. When the time comes for you to move to Biripi Way, four weeks’ notice will be provided. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.


Tenure: Permanent Full Time.
