About the role:
In this role you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative and general support services to the recruitment team.  You will be adaptable and flexible, highly organized with the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure effective use of time, utilising your excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
 
What the role will offer:
  • Proactively provide a range of administrative and general support across the work area of recruitment.
  • Administer day-to-day activities for the recruitment team that includes interview bookings and due diligence requests as required. 
  • Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key Section and Business Unit stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and respond to requests received through the recruitment inbox and recruitment phone line.
  • Respond to routine queries within recruitment received from internal stakeholders and external vendors and candidates in a timely manner.
  • Process all charge back and recruitment invoices
 
Key skills and experience:
  • Relevant experience gained in administration within a similar role providing support to a Human Resources or Recruitment function within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.
  • Relevant experience with e – recruitment systems such as Taleo, Success Factors or Page up.
  • Demonstrates good computing skills, is able to use the Microsoft suite of systems
  • Experience in Sap is desirable
