Warrnambool City Council is seeking an experienced Case Worker to work in the Early Years Intervention and Support team.
This role will undertake case work; promoting the safety, stability and development of vulnerable children, young people and their families.
Through providing intake, case management, interventions and referrals, the Parenting and Childrens Services Practitioner will work with families with multiple complex needs such as trauma, family violence and mental health to empower and improve their well-being.
