Customer Services Officer
The Shire of Exmouth is seeking a Customer Services Officer on a permanent full time basis.
Reporting to the Coordinator Customer Services, this role is a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and responsible for providing exemplary customer service support and managing enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
This role requires demonstrated experience in the delivery of solution focused, best practice customer service principles and practices. Additionally, demonstrated administrative and organisational skills and the ability of an effective time management are essential to perform this role.
Experience in a Local Government environment and a certificate in business administration will be highly regarded.
The position is classified as Level 4 under the Shire of Exmouth Enterprise Agreement 2017.
