About the Role

This full-time position will require the successful candidate to work each Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). You will be responsible for facilitating positive outcomes for business investment and growth to the Southern Highlands.


The salary for this position is $88,673 to $102,861pa + 9.5% Superannuation


About You

The successful candidate will display initiatives to achieve strategic and sustainable economic outcomes within the Shire. This role is ideal for someone who is able to work in a team to negotiate and create effective project plans.


You will hold strong interpersonal skills to work with a broad range of stakeholders to coordinate projects between Council units ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This is an exciting opportunity for you to apply your thorough understanding of project management and community business activities.
