The Tourism Marketing Officer coordinates delivery of our destination marketing initiatives, creates content for our tourism marketing channels, maintains our tourism digital and social media platforms and facilitates external event organiser’s contact with Council.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person with experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, the ability to create content for a range of audiences across multiple communication channels and a well-developed understanding of event planning practices and the underlying principles affecting event permits and other compliance requirements.
