Back of House Technician

The Role:

The Glasshouse is seeking suitably experienced applicants to provide a range of high level technical expertise Back of House, including but limited to lighting, audio, staging and audio visual/IT to ensure the successful implementation of theatre shows, conferences, meetings and events.

To be successful in this role you shall require; proven experience in the relevant technical area, ideally in an entertainment or conference venue; willingness to learn new skills in production and technical areas; excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Desirable requirements include knowledge of current Work Health & Safety requirements, and proven experience in customer service.

Remuneration

This is a casual role with an hourly rate of $29.48, plus 9.5% superannuation. The hours of work will vary from week to week and will include evening and weekend work.
