The Role Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Services and based in Windsor the primary purpose of the role is to provide leadership, coordination and direction to, and be accountable for, the delivery of Council’s various capital programs, including the Capital Works Program, WestInvest Program and Infrastructure Recovery Program. The Program Director will provide ongoing tactical and strategic support to the Director and Executive, developing sound systems of work, processes and frameworks and adequate project and program governance to deliver Council’s Capital Programs proactively, collaboratively and responsibly. About You You will have tertiary qualification in portfolio/program/project management or a demonstrably related discipline with a formal certification in Project Management.You will have excellent interpersonal, communications and organisational skills to effectively engage your team and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with all relevant stakeholders. You will have the ability to demonstrate highly developed problem solving, critical thinking, negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to build collaborative and consultative relationships with stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams.
