About the opportunity:

Mackay Regional Council is looking for a creative, innovative and energetic ICT Operations Officer to join our Information Services Team, in a permanent full-time capacity.

This position will provide assistance and support to the desktop software and hardware within ICT Operations while providing a customer service orientated support service to users. Develop a capacity to relieve in all areas of the ICT Operations, in order to contribute to the smooth running of the Information Services Program. Deliver enhanced customer service outcomes to Council by proactively managing through to resolution service requests that are classified as “Problems”.
