About the role The Aquatic Services Operational Manager is a critical role within our newly formed Sport and Recreation Division at council, it ensures the effective and sustainable management and coordination of Council’s Aquatic Services. What You Will Be Doing: This position specifically focuses on: strategic management, leadership, finance, human resources, risk management, promotion and marketing of water safety initiatives as well as providing direction to the day-to-day operations of Council’s Pool Lifeguard Services across our City’s 9 supervised community pools. This position plays a key role in meeting the recreational, sporting and leisure needs of the community and providing a range and services that will sustain and improve the city’s lifestyle, bio-diversity and natural assets.
