The Role Reporting to the Records Co-Ordinator, the purpose of the Archivist position is to support the Records Co-ordinator to streamline Council’s record keeping function in line with Council’s business goals. The position is responsible for planning and organising systems and procedures for the retention and safekeeping of records and their proper disposal. About You You will have an Associate Diploma in Business (Records & Information Systems) or demonstrated equivalent experience. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise using planning and time management. You will have a demonstrated ability to use initiative, create and work independently, and analytical skills. Essential Criteria
