About the Organisation

The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more.  

About the Role

The Family Youth and Children (FYC) Department is a progressive professional team leading the way in collaborative practice and service innovation in their sector. An exciting opportunity currently exists for an Administration Officer to join the FYC department. A capable person is required who can work in the Administration team to provide administration and business support, and contribute positively to the culture and performance of the department.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as autonomously
  • A positive and proactive mindset.
