This role is responsible for providing specialist traffic and transport advice and services to ensure the safe and efficient movement of traffic and transport within the Shire. It is a great opportunity to influence, shape and formulate the strategy, policy, and road and transport networks of this fast growing Shire within Melbourne's Urban Growth Area.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive relevant experience, skills, and knowledge in traffic and transport management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage, coordinate and prioritise multiple concurrent activities.
The successful applicant will be required to obtain an employee Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
