We currently have a vacancy in the Customer Service Branch for a Customer Service Trainee. This is a great opportunity to develop a broad range of skills in administration and customer service related fields, while completing an accredited Cert III in Business Administration qualification, which will help to kick start your career for future success.


The Role:

Duties will include assist with customer requests, enquiries or complaints by ensuring that customers are given accurate, timely and consistent information and by ensuring requests are effectively followed through and resolved in accordance with adopted procedures.


You must have:

Good telephone manner with ability to listen to customers and clearly document their requirements
Computer/data entry skills and experience
Understanding of Microsoft Windows including Microsoft Office
