About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Power Stations and other Water Corporation managed infrastructure within Cocos (Keeling) Islands. We encourage people local to Cocos Keeling Island to apply. Relocation is not provided for this position. 

 

What the role will offer:
  • Operate, maintain, monitor and repair Water Corporation assets, operational sites and public facilities.
  • Complete scheduled work to time and quality standards.
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of the power supply and distribution networks within the Islands.
Key skills and experience:
  • Trade certificate in a relevant field.
  • Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence.
  • Relevant experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.
  • Relevant experience and demonstrated capability in customer service.
