About the role:
In this role you will design, develop and implement organisational development (OD) & performance projects and initiatives that support and build capability across the Corporation. You will utilise your strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and OD consulting skills to understand business needs, develop solutions and drive initiatives across the Corporation.   
 
What the role will offer:
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of initiatives related to talent, capability and employee engagement delivering to agreed scope, quality, time and budget.
  • Take the lead with the performance agreement framework.
  • Maintain and embed current thinking and OD best-practice, identifying, recommending and implementing continuous improvements to current practices.
  • Conduct job evaluations
  • Be part of a cohesive and high performing team environment.
 
 
Key skills and experience:
  • Degree level qualification in an HR or Business related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrates strong project management experience
  • Prior experience with job evaluation methodology
  • Relevant experience and demonstrated capability in implementing change
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Has the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people, including senior management.
