Gardener - Horticulturist

Applications are invited for a qualified Horticulturist in any of the following streamlines, parks & gardens, turf management, arboriculture or landscape, to join Council’s Presentation Team. The incumbent will provide labour in a diverse environment to maintain and construct parks and gardens, cemeteries, aerodrome, playing fields, trees, irrigation and landscaping.
The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government State Award and Council’s policies and conditions of employment. The salary will be within the range of $1030.30 to $1137.30 per week plus standard allowances, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a Grade 9 in Council’s Salary System.
