An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and driven individual looking for a challenge in a progressive, forward thinking Council.
This is a new position that will deliver high quality commercial property management services including identifying commercial property and revenue diversification opportunities, undertaking financial analysis, developing and evaluating business cases and leading the negotiation and coordination of commercial property matters and development of agreements.
The position will also require strong project and contract management skills, provision of timely and expert advice and coordination of the Branch’s responses to requests for information for commercial property matters.
The successful applicant will be a strategic thinker and possess excellent communication, problem solving, public relations, presentation and negotiation skills in the context of balancing political, business and community sensitivities. The position will provide hands on support to the Property Branch to achieve the team’s plans, goals and projects.
A degree in Business, Property or a related field and substantial relevant experience is essential.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
