About the role We are seeking a passionate and experienced safety & risk professional to lead our safety culture within the organisation. Are you experienced at influencing internal stakeholders in best practice and proactive WHS behaviour? Do you have experience in corporate risk? We are looking for a trusted advisor that has the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of Council. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills to support achieving our objectives. If you have exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for Work, Health and Safety, we want to hear from you. This position will build capability and capacity within our workforce to meet the goals of the organisation and its obligations against the legislation. You will lead the Safety Team to ensure the development and continuous improvement of Council's safety culture within the broad functions of the organisation Download the position description here.
