Here at the Goldfields Oasis, we pride ourselves on delivering a high quality and progressive Learn to Swim Program for our Swim School members.

We are seeking a Pool Deck Supervisor who is positive, motivated, performance-driven, open-minded and adaptable to changes. Experience with program development, attention to detail and effective communication with clients and fellow colleagues is paramount to success.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching children a skill for life and providing exceptional customer service.

To be eligible for this position you must have:

1. Basic computer skills
2. Current Swim Instructor licence
3. Current CPR
4. Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
5. Current Working With Children Check

Salary and Benefits

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 
This position ranges between $64,324 - $68,018 pro rata
