About the role

The position’s responsibilities include Estimation and Scheduling of large scale projects and maintenance, ensuring accurate materials have been sources and specified allowing for timely and accurate supply, supporting the smooth delivery of all activities.

 Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop quantity material take-offs.
• Assign costings relative to quantities.
• Reconcile design and specification issues.
• Sourcing of materials, including obtaining quotes and specifications.
• Establish, maintain and update all records of correspondence related to project and maintenance activity.
• General administration

About You

• Hold relevant TAFE or Tertiary qualifications.
• An excellent knowledge of residential and commercial construction, methodology of building and materials.
• Residential construction administrative experience is essential
• Proven knowledge of estimating including identifying cost options and preparing tenders and proposals.
• A proactive and organised team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to conduct prompt cost analyse.
• Proven high level of accuracy, attention to detail and presentation within tight deadlines.
• Advanced computer literacy skills

Benefits

This full-time position comes with a remuneration package that includes a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 (based on experience) per annum, plus superannuation, four weeks annual leave, one week remote leave, leave loading, plus salary sacrifice up to $15,900 per FBT year for rent, mortgage or living expenses to provide more net pay.
