SUMMARY

We have a new, exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced and demonstrated individual to lead our planning, scheduling and business support teams. The role will facilitate the short and long-term planning for efficient delivery of maintenance and capital delivery programs to ensure safe and reliable supply of services to our customers.

The successful candidate will boast demonstrated experience in being able to lead our team in a changing environment as we move towards a new maintenance and reliability framework.

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Develop the work planning and scheduling framework to outline our approach for effective planning and scheduling
  • Lead an experienced team of planners, schedulers and business support officers in the safe and effective delivery of internal and external maintenance and capital delivery works.
  • Lead the implementation of new maintenance and reliability strategies and plans that are well integrated with our asset life cycle 
  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring framework including process, systems and tools to measure compliance and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop work management system and lead the implementation and integration of new and smart technologies in work planning and scheduling 

What will you need to bring to the role in order to be successful:

  • Professional qualifications in Engineering/Trade or Business Management
  • Relevant & Demonstrated experience in a similar role from within a similar environment (Mining Oil/Gas)
  • Demonstrated experience as a planner and scheduler prior to leading a team of same
  • Proven experience in Leading, driving and influencing a high performing & multi-disciplined and geographically dispersed team of planners, schedulers and business support officers in a changing work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead and influence within a changing environment
  • Strong and authentic Influencer with engaging interpersonal skills
  • Customer centric with superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • MUST hold a current, driver’s licence at all times
