Ranger – Full Time
Hourly Rate $26.44
Bland Shire Council is currently seeking a Ranger to assist with investigating and resolving requests from the public regarding animals, nuisances, other community response related matters in a professional manner consistent with organisational standards You will perform compliance patrols within the region, prepare reports and briefs, and provide excellent customer service, advice, direction and solutions to the community.
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Certificate IV in Local Government Regulatory Services or equivalent qualification or significant progress towards such a qualification or
- Local Government experience in a regulatory or law enforcement role
- Class C Drivers Licence, Current Police Check and Firearms Licence
- WHS Construction Induction (White) Card
