Strategically located just six kilometres northeastof Perth’s CBD, the City of Bayswater covers an area of 32.77 square kilometres and serves a diverse population of around 61,262 (ABS estimate 2011). The City includes the suburbs of Bayswater,Bedford, Embleton and Maylands, as wellas parts of Morley, Noranda, Mount Lawley, Dianella and Beechboro. With over 10km of Swan River foreshore, parks and reserves it is no wonder we arecalled “The Garden City”.
